🍌 pancake with cocoa

Amasse bem a banana (só use 1/2), adicione o ovo e mexa bem adicionando a farinha de aveia, a tapioca e o cacau em pó até ficar uma massa homogênea, por fim adicione o fermento e mexa novamente. 
Unte uma frigideira com azeite se for preciso e adicione a massa, com o fogo baixo deixe assar os dois lados até ficar com cor.
Corte em rodelas a outra parte da banana e coloque em cima com pasta de amendoim, mel ou com o que preferir!

Mash the banana well (only use 1/2), add the egg and stir well adding the oat flour, tapioca and cocoa powder until a homogeneous mass is obtained, finally add the yeast and stir again.
Grease a frying pan with olive oil if necessary and add the dough, with the low fire let it bake both sides until it gets color.
Cut the other part of the banana into slices and place on top with peanut butter, honey or whatever you prefer!
