For the mousse: Lemon Juice6 unit(s)
Condensed milk2 can(s)
Sour cream2 can(s)
Lemon gelatin dissolved in 50 ml of hot water20 g
Maizena piraque cookies500 g
Milk to moisten the cookies1 cup

Blend all mousse ingredients in a blender and freeze for 20 min.
Moisten the cookies in milk and arrange them side by side in a refractory and cover with the mousse. Alternate layers and finish with mousse.
Decorate with chopped cookies around the edges of the refractory and a few slices of lemon. Let it freeze for 30 min.
