- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- For the cake: Wheat flour750 g
- Crystal sugar2 cup
- Chocolate powder 50%450 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil350 ml
- Whole milk450 ml
- Water1 cup
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- In a large bowl: place the wheat flour, sugar, chocolate, yeast and salt. Mix these ingredients very well.
- Make a hole on each side of the bowl: in one place: the eggs and the oil, heat the milk with the water (cannot boil) and place on the other side.
- Mix well, place in a greased and floured form. Bake for about 50 min at 180°
- Prepare the brigadeiro for topping by taking the condensed milk to a low heat with 3 tablespoons of chocolate, stirring constantly until the bottom of the pan appears.
- Cover the cake with the still warm brigadeiro. Decorate with rolled brigadiers passed in the sprinkles.
