- Good quality vanilla ice cream100 g
- Whipped cream10 g
- Strawberries, fresh, cleaned, quartered50 g
- Sighs into pieces5 g
- Whipped cream: sour cream250 g
- Icing sugar25 g
- Ice cream: milk300 ml
- Vanilla bean1 unit(s)
- Gelatin sheets2 unit(s)
- Sour cream300 ml
- Condensed milk375 ml
- Ice cream: bring the milk and the fava beans to a boil (30°C maximum).
- In a bowl, place the gelatin and let the cold water drain for 30 seconds. Remove the hydrated gelatin.
- Melt the hydrated gelatin in the warm milk.
- Add the cream and condensed milk and mix well.
- Put in your home ice cream maker.
- Whipped cream: with a mixer, beat the cream and sugar until you reach the whipped cream point.
- Finishing: in a bowl put the vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream.
- Decorate with strawberries and meringue.
