  1. Pour the sweet sprinkle and salt into the bowl with a lid and cover with filtered water and help with a spoon the water to cover all the sprinkle. Let it rest in the fridge for 7 hours. Then open the bowl and drain the water that is on the surface until it is very dry. If you notice that it is still wet, help it dry with a clean dish towel. When dry, start cutting the cubes and place in another bowl, knead with your hands and start sifting in the bowl with a lid until the cubes are finished. After sifting, keep the bowl closed with a lid, venting the air. Your dough will last 15 days in the fridge. Ready ! Pasta without preservative is much healthier. Use stuffing to taste.
