Sweet Potato Fries

Modo de preparo.
Comece lavando as batatas.

Preparation mode.
Start by washing the potatoes.

Coloque em uma vasilha com um pouco de água adicione sal e 1 colher de amido de milho  e reserve  
( o amido de milho serve para elas ficar murchas depôs de fritas)

Place in a bowl with a little water, add salt and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and set aside.
(the corn starch makes them soggy after fries)

Coloque o óleo no fogo e deixe ficar bem quente

Put the oil on the fire and let it get very hot.

Escorra a água das batata e leve para frita.

Drain the water from the potatoes and fry.

O ponto de retirar é quando estiver douradinha. E estará pronta.

The point to remove is when it's golden. And it will be ready.
