  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  • Butter75 g
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and stir. When it starts to thicken, put your hand in the dough and keep mixing with your hands, until it becomes a "dough".
  2. Then make balls with your hands, on top of the ball, knead a little with the tip of the fork just to give the cookie a shape.
  3. Place them in a shape with a space of 4 to 5 cm from one cookie to the other. (No need to grease the mold)
  4. Leave in the oven for 10 minutes or until it starts to turn golden on the bottom. NOTE: When you take them out of the oven before moving the cookies, let them cool, when they are hot they are still soft and can break.
