  • Cornmeal100 g
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour100 g
  • Warm water136 g
  • paprika to taste
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  1. On a bench, place the cornmeal, flour, paprika and salt. Mix everything until smooth.
  2. Add the warm water little by little (you may not use it all) until the dough gains a firm but hydrated consistency that you can handle.
  3. Roll out the dough on the countertop to a thickness that is neither too thin nor too thick.
  4. Cut the dough into a large rectangle, smoothing the edges.
  5. Cut the dough into triangles (in the shape of nachos/doritos).
  6. Put it to fry in a frying pan, it doesn't have to be by immersion. Just fry on one side, then turn and fry on the other.
  7. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. And ready! It goes great with guacamole.
