• Whole milk | 1 l
• White or lemon vinegar | 4 teaspoon
• Salt |  to taste

Recipe

1. Boil the milk and curdle adding the vinegar, stir well to separate the pulp from the liquid...
2. Let it cool down and strain through a sieve. Squeeze it well to release all the liquid and season with salt.
3. Leave in a sieve covered with a napkin to drain until the next day. Unmold..
4. Ready to have cheese for breakfast. Yummy 😋
