- Cheese of your choice200 g
- Eggs02 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs02 cup
- Cook the cassava in salted water in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water and mash all the cassava with a fork.
- Mix the butter in the still hot cassava, let it cool a little and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Take a portion of the dough, place cubes of the cheese of your choice and shape the dumplings.
- After all the cookies are ready, pass the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.
