  • kibbeh wheat250 g
  • Water200 ml
  • Mint2 tablespoon
  • Onion2 tablespoon
  • Green onions1 to taste
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Oil150 ml
  1. Boil 200 ml of water, then put the kibbeh flour in a container and pour the hot water. Leave to soak for 2 h.
  2. Place the onion, chives, mint, cumin, garlic and oil in a blender.
  3. Then pour the beaten liquid into the kibbeh, and mix well, then add the ground beef and stir with your hands.
  4. When the dough is ready, grease the pan with butter or margarine. Now model the kibbeh and place it in the shape. Preheat the oven to 180° and bake until golden.
