  • Chopped Onion2 cup
  • Chopped Pepper1 cup
  • Coriander0 to taste

  • Color1 dessert spoon

  • Cassava flour0 to taste
  • Scented Pepper2 unit(s)

  1. Cut the fish into thin slices Pass salt, wheat flour and give a pre-roasted
  2. Place all the vegetables in a pan to saute along with all the seasonings.
  3. Place the fish fillets and add water to taste until covered.
  4. Let it boil on low heat
  5. Add the coconut milk and let it cook.
  6. Carefully remove the pieces and place them separately.
  7. Leave the broth on low heat and add the flour little by little, stirring to avoid lumps.
  8. Stir for 10 minutes on low heat.
  9. Remove from the heat and place the fish fillets inside.
