- Alcohol Vinegar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wash and chop the peppers and onion. If you want you can use the whole peppers for the recipe to make more.
- Place the chopped peppers and onion in a bowl. Add water and alcohol vinegar. I make it at the ratio of 3 parts water to one part vinegar and alcohol. That is, if I put 50ml of alcohol vinegar, I put 150ml of water.
- Try it and see if you like it. If you find it strong, add more water. If you find it weak, add more alcohol vinegar.
- Add salt to taste. Put it in the fridge and it's done.
