- Tomato4 unit(s)
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Basil and parsley to taste
- Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil
- In the meantime, cut the tomatoes I use a food processor to make it easier so they stay in the food processor and the pieces are not so big
- Put the tomatoes in the pan and add the tomato paste season with salt and black pepper
- Add the water and wait for it to cook, reduce the water and cook the tomatoes
- Finish with finely chopped basil and parsley and it's ready.
