Potatoes10 unit(s)
grated onion2 cup
Salt to taste
liquid milk2 cup
Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
grated cheese3 tablespoon
Sweet olive oil2 tablespoon

Wash and place in a pan with water to cook the potatoes.
In a pan, mash the potatoes, add the grated onion, margarine, salt and milk and bring to the fire, always mixing so it doesn't catch on the bottom of the pan.
When it starts to boil, add the grated cheese and continue mixing. Once everything is incorporated, place it in a bowl and it is ready to serve.
