  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Milk2 cup
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour (dissolved in a little milk)2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Mozzarella150 g
  • Chopped ham150 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. Separate the cauliflower bouquets, cook in salted water, place on a platter and set aside.
  2. Fry the garlic in butter or margarine, add the milk, dissolved wheat flour and salt. Stir until thickened.
  3. Add the ham, mozzarella and lastly the cream.
  4. Pour all the cream into the cauliflower and put it in the oven to brown.
  5. It goes very well with meats or simple rice and beans.
