- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Olives to taste
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil, salt, oregano, chimichurry to taste
- Pod to taste
- Cook the beans for about 10 to 15 minutes, until they are all dente, after cooking, drain the water and take it to cool.
- Cook the finely chopped carrots, together with the green beans, in another pan, all dente too, drain and let cool.
- Chop the other ingredients.
- Now just mix all the ingredients and season, this salad is a great option on hot days, as it is served cold, it goes very well with roasted or cooked meat! Enjoy your food!
