Caesar with avocado “mayonnaise”

- Greek yogurt | 120 g
- Squeezed Sicilian Lemon | 1 unit(s)
- Avocado | 1/2 unit(s)
- Fresh chopped dill | 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper | 1 to taste
- arugula | 200 g
- Endives | 200 g
- For the sauce: mix lemon yoghurt, avocado, dill, salt and pepper. Reserve.
- On a platter, intersperse the arugula leaves and endives and endives.
- Serve with the sauce on the side and accompanied by grilled chicken.
