Spaghetti Noodles500 g
sausage50 g
Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
Garlic3 unit(s)
Salt and season to taste
Onion to taste
Water800 ml
Butter2 tablespoon
Oil1 tablespoon

In a pan put water to boil a pinch of salt and a spoon of oil.
When the water is bubbling, add the pasta and stir occasionally. When the pasta is cooked, drain the water well and set aside.
In a pan, place the butter, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the sausage, tomato extract and a little water and let it boil until it becomes a thick broth.
Thick broth and just add the macaroni and stir.
