- Ground beef500 g
- Salt and Seasoning to taste
- Onion0.5 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the chopped onion and chives. Add salt and seasonings to taste, egg and wheat flour.
- Mix all ingredients well. If you find that you still can't form the dumplings, you can add more wheat.
- With the help of a spoon, make the balls. Avoid making it too big so it doesn't get raw inside. If you make a medium cupcake, it yields approximately 15 units.
- In a small pan or skillet, put enough oil so that the dumplings fry without sticking to the bottom. If you prefer, you can also do it in the Airfryer.
- Place the dumplings that fit in the pan / frying pan to fry, when they are golden turn them over.
- Remove and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Your cookies will be ready.
