Em uma panela, coloque a manteiga e as cebolas e o algo amassado e deixe um tempinho até amolecer.
Acrescente a carne seca desfiada e mexa.
Logo após, acrescente o leite e todos os outros ingredientes, deixando a mussarela por último.
Quando o caldo estiver bem consistente colocar a mussarela, quando estiver totalmente derretido pode desligar o fogo e servir.
