- Sour cream200 g
- Corn280 g
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- In a pan add a strand of olive oil, put the onion and let it gold. Then put the garlic and let it cook too.
- Put the diced tomatoes, sauté until wilted. Add the chicken breast cooked and seasoned with salt and paprika. Hit the salt.
- In the blender place 300ml of the cooking water, milk cream, corn and the curd.
- Pour the mixture into the pan. Add parsley to taste.
- Transfer to a platter, finish with mozzarella and straw potatoes. Place in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 min.
