- Ground duckling500 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Light cottage cheese1 cup
- Season the pumpkin with salt and black pepper and cook in the oven or microwave.
- Sauté the ground duckling with onion, tomato add the curd and parsley season well
- Stuff the pumpkin with the stuffing and finish with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 10 min to bake until the cheese melts and the pumpkin is soft
