  • Ground duckling500 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Cabbage leaves10 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce200 g
  1. Heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they start to brown.
  2. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook until the meat is well cooked. Turn off the heat and add the green smell. Reserve.
  3. Carefully separate the leaves from the cabbage, wash and place in a pan of boiling water until translucent. Put one by one so you don't overcook and lose the point. Remove the leaves and let drain.
  4. Stuff the leaves with the ground meat and roll the cigars, bending the sides inwards, so as not to leak the meat. Place in a refractory with a little sauce on the bottom.
  5. After placing all the cigars in the refractory, drizzle with tomato sauce and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy your food.
