  • Recipe
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats2 coffee spoon
  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts with skin2 coffee spoon
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed1 tablespoon
  • 1 medium silver banana1 g
  • 1 glass of skimmed milk1 ml
  1. Blend the oats, peanuts, sesame, milk and banana in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a glass and drink before or up to an hour after physical activity.
