  • Warm water120 ml
  • Honey2 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast2 teaspoon
  • Almond flour2.1/2 cup
  • Coconut Flour1/2 cup
  • sour starch1/2 cup
  • Salt1.1/2 coffee spoon
  • Xanthan Gum2 teaspoon
  1. Fast Fermentation: Dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Set aside until foamy.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. After the fermentation foam has formed, stir all the ingredients. The dough should be soft and sticky.
  4. Put it in a shape, and let it rest in a closed place for about 30 minutes.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
