  1. Chop the garlic, onion, parsley, and tomato separately.
  2. In a pan, place a spoon of olive oil, and when it is hot, add the garlic and let it brown, then the onion and finally the other seasonings. Put the salt little by little.
  3. Add a glass of vegetable broth and correct the salt, leave it to boil. If you prefer, use a mix to leave the sauce without a piece of seasoning and smooth
  4. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.Use a vegetable slicer
  5. Put a little sauce in a refractory and distribute the zucchini in slices interspersing with the sliced cheese. Then put the sauce and take it to the preheated oven 180°g to bake.
