Large zucchinis, without the core, cut into cubes
Large tomato, seeded and peeled, cut into cubes
grated small onion
Crushed Garlic Clove
Box of sour cream
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the zucchini and tomato and let it cook until it releases the water.
Mix the cornstarch in the water, add the zucchini sautéed with the tomato, add the cream and let it cook on low heat until it reaches the point of Stroganoff.
Add the fresh basil and turn off the heat.
Serve with rice and potato sticks
