Zucchini Rolls in the AIRFRYER

  • Zucchini (chubby and not crooked)1 unit(s)
  • Mashed ricotta250 g
  • Chopped basil1 to taste
  • Chopped walnuts8 unit(s)
  • Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Thick ready-made farofa or thick breadcrumbs100 g
  1. Wash the zucchini well; dry and cut the ends. With a mandoline; cut thin slices lengthwise.
  2. Mix the dented ricotta; the nuts; the basil. Season and add nutmeg. Put 3 spoons of olive oil to combine or curd.
  3. Put a spoon on the tip of the zucchini slice (see photo) and roll it up.
  4. Brush the rolls with olive oil and dip them in the mixture of grated cheese and farofa (it can be coarse breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs)
  5. Preheat your Airfryer and place the rolls separately; at 180° for 20'. I recommend that at 15' you take a look; according to the brand of your Airfryer; can be ready in less time. Done the process with the rest.
