Cut the zucchinis and boil it quickly.
In a pan, melt the margarine with the wheat flour, then pour the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, season with salt. After it thickens a little, turn off the heat.
In a roast, accommodate the zucchinis, pour the white sauce on top, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
