  • Funghi Secchi50 g
  • Light cream2 unit(s)
  • Grated medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Dry white wine50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Macaroni500 g
  1. Put the Funghi to hydrate in 1 liter of boiling water. Leave for 1 hour.
  2. Remove the Funghi from the water and cut into strips. Reserve 1 cup of the soaking water.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and let it brown. Add the Funghi and the wine and leave until all the wine evaporates. Season with salt.
  4. Add the water in which the Funghi was hydrated. Mix well and add the cream and let it heat up.
  5. Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and add the sauce to the funghi.
