- Boiled Chickpeas1 cup
- Avocado1 unit(s)
- Cherry tomatoes1/2 cup
- Sliced Garlic2 tablespoon
- Red Bell Pepper1 tablespoon

- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Sesame1 dessert spoon
- Flaxseed1 dessert spoon
- Whole grain bread to taste
- I started by sautéing the chickpeas in olive oil with garlic, onion and seasoned with salt and pepper, mixed well, finally I added the tomatoes, cilantro, turned off the heat and set aside.
- I mashed the avocado with a fork, added the spices, salt, olive oil, lemon, cilantro and peppers.
- Butter the slices of bread and bake them in the airfryer until crispy.
- Over the slices of bread I spread a layer of guacamole and on top a layer of chickpeas.
