- Pod50 g
- Broccoli50 g
- Carrot50 g
- Cherry Tomato50 g
- Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano and Olive Oil to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- First cut the carrots into sticks, the pod and the tomato in half. Take all the vegetables to cook, it has to be al dente.
- In a frying pan put a thread of olive oil and all the vegetables to brown. After putting the salt and seasonings, last the butter. Saute until the butter melts. Serve warm.
