  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • grated carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Olives2 tablespoon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. Beat two egg whites and reserve.
  2. Beat in the blender 2 whole eggs, milk, butter, rice flour and salt.
  3. Then add the dough, the snow whites, carrots, onions, olives, parsley and chives in a bowl.
  4. Arrange the dough in cupcake molds, put grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
