- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Leek to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cut off the tomato cap, remove the seeds, stuff with curd, leek and cheese, season with oregano.
- Take it to a skillet greased with olive oil, over medium heat, covered and let the cheese melt, if you prefer, take it to the oven to brown it.
