Tapioca

Forre uma frigideira com a tapioca e leve ao fogo baixo. 

Line a skillet with tapioca and place over low heat.

Quando a tapioca começar a ficar durinha, vire ela ao contrário. 

When the tapioca starts to get hard, turn it over.

Em outra frigideira, faça o ovo mexido e adicione sal a gosto

In another skillet, make the scrambled egg and add salt to taste.

Vire novamente a tapioca, adicione o queijo e o ovo mexido em apenas um lado. 

Turn the tapioca over again, add the cheese and the scrambled egg on one side only.
