  • Tapioca2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Cheese15 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Line a skillet with tapioca and place over low heat.
  2. When the tapioca starts to get hard, turn it over.
  3. In another skillet, make the scrambled egg and add salt to taste.
  4. Turn the tapioca over again, add the cheese and the scrambled egg on one side only.
  5. Fold the tapioca in half and enjoy :)
