  • Kibbeh Flour300 g
  • Chopped seedless tomato200 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Japanese Cucumbers2 unit(s)
  • Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
  • Nuts50 g
  • Almonds50 g
  • Raisins to taste
  • chopped mint to taste
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • Chickpeas to the tooth150 g
  • Raw grated carrot1 unit(s)
  1. In a container, soak the wheat for 2 hours.
  2. Wash the wheat well under running water, drain and squeeze in your hands to remove excess moisture.
  3. Rinse the chopped onion under cold water and drain well.
  4. Add the other ingredients (except the tomato) and leave covered in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  5. Add the grated carrot tomatoes sprinkle almond nuts if you prefer put raisins when serving, it's a super fresh delight for the summer
