- seedless diced tomatoes200 g
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- chopped cucumbers2 unit(s)
- chopped parsley1 to taste
- lemon juice3 tablespoon
- olive oil2 tablespoon
- salt and pepper1 to taste
- 1/4 nutmeg1 teaspoon
- chopped mint1 unit(s)
- chopped parsley1 teaspoon
- In a container, soak the wheat for 2 hours.
- Wash the wheat well under running water, drain and squeeze in your hands to remove excess moisture.
- Run the chopped onion under cold water and drain well.
- Add the other ingredients (except the tomato) and leave covered in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Add the tomatoes when serving.
