  • wheat for kibbeh45 g
  • seedless diced tomatoes200 g
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • chopped cucumbers2 unit(s)
  • chopped parsley1 to taste
  • lemon juice3 tablespoon
  • olive oil2 tablespoon
  • salt and pepper1 to taste
  • 1/4 nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • chopped mint1 unit(s)
  • chopped parsley1 teaspoon
  1. In a container, soak the wheat for 2 hours.
  2. Wash the wheat well under running water, drain and squeeze in your hands to remove excess moisture.
  3. Run the chopped onion under cold water and drain well.
  4. Add the other ingredients (except the tomato) and leave covered in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  5. Add the tomatoes when serving.
