Small Sweet Potatoes4 unit(s)
Mozzarella100 g
Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
Butter1 tablespoon
Milk1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Green Smell to taste

In a pan with water and salt, put the unpeeled sweet potato to cook. Once cooked, drain the water and mash the potato with a fork.
Add milk, butter, nutmeg and salt. Bring to a boil and mix well. Add the cheese and mix constantly so that the cheese is incorporated into the potato. Turn off the fire and put on the green smell.
