  • Ricotta430 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Boiled and finely chopped spinach1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Pepper0 to taste
  • Wheat Flour3/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce500 g
  1. Combine all ingredients (except tomato sauce) and mix well.
  2. Roll up the gnocchi and place in a baking dish - take it to freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your airfreyr or oven and bake in the airfreyr for 15 minutes in the conventional oven for 25 minutes.
  4. Once they are lightly golden they are on point.
  5. Put some sauce on the bottom of the platter - put the gnocchi, cover with more sauce and sprinkle parmesan and serve next.
