  • Clean bunch of spinach1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Cashew Nuts1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup
  • Basil leaves (optional)1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Ice cube1 unit(s)
  1. Put only the leaves of the bunch of spinach in the blender jar. Save the butchers to sauté in another preparation.
  2. Add the other ingredients and beat until creamy. Reserve some of the chestnut and basil leaves to finish.
  3. Ready! Just mix the sauce into the cooked pasta of your choice. It's also great with mashed potatoes, polenta or, if you're not a vegetarian, fish or grilled chicken.
