- Minced Organic Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Organic Spinach2 kg
- Salt20 g
- Nutmeg20 g
- Cooked Organic Rice200 g
- Milk50 ml
- Good quality grated cheese50 g
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 5 minutes, adjusting the salt and nutmeg.
- Remove from pan and let cool in a separate container.
- After cooling, add the cooked rice, milk and cheese. Knead well with your hands until it forms a dough.
- Roll into dumplings and fry for 1 minute in hot oil.
- Serve as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dishes such as fish, meat, roasts or grilled dishes.
