- Hot Water2.1/2 cup
- Yellow Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Tomato Sauce340 g
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Salt, Green Scent, Basil and Black Pepper to taste
- In a bowl put the soy and then put the hot water to hydrate. For 30 minutes, then drain the soybeans in a sieve and set aside. Cut the yellow, green, tomato and onion into cubes. In the bowl, place the soy, the peppers, the crushed garlic, half the chopped onion, the oatmeal. Mix the ingredients well.
- Add the salt, the green smell and the black pepper and mix a little more. Make the polpetone molds and then fry one by one or bake. The sauce: In a pan put a thread of olive oil and the other half of the chopped onion and sauté. Then add the tomato and sauté.
- As soon as the tomato is soft, add the tomato sauce and mix. Place the polpetone in the sauce and then the mozzarella cheese. And finally the basil and a little more green smell. Let the cheese melt. Serve warm.
