- Meat flavor granulated soy protein250 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Black pepper with cumin2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Chili powder1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Minced Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- PREPARATION MODE Hydrate the soy in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, then drain it well (you can dissolve a beef broth tablet in the water for more flavor). Add the seasonings to the soy and mix well. Add the eggs and mix. Then add the breadcrumbs (around a cup of tea) until you can make firm balls. In a skillet, heat oil, just enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Fry and turn the meatballs until they are completely fried.
- TIP: you can do it in the air fryer, then just dip the meatballs in the oil and fry. CAN FREEZE
