  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1.5 unit(s)
  • Rose flour100 g
  • Wheat Flour100 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Chimchuri to taste
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Vinegar50 ml
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  1. Soak the soy protein in water for about 8 hours
  2. Remove soy protein from water
  3. Cook the protein submerged in water for 5 minutes after boiling - with vinegar and lemon
  4. Mix the cooked soybeans with all the other ingredients that have not yet been used.
  5. Make balls with the formed dough
  6. Place in a greased form with olive oil
  7. Leave in the oven at 200°c for 30 to 40 minutes.
