- Olive oil1 to taste
- Soak the soybeans in hot water for 10 minutes
- Once hydrated, drain well and pass through the pulse of the blender.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
- Add tomato, saffron, salt and pepper
- Add soy, mix well
- Let it cook well! Finish with the chives
- Place in a container to cool. Then make the balls, place in a greased shape and take it to the oven 200 degrees until golden.
