- First step, hydrate the soy with hot water and let it rest for about 30 minutes. As soon as the soybeans are hydrated, remove the excess water. Then put all the ingredients and mix everything.
- In this recipe I made some dumplings like a hamburger and fried it, but you can also bake or make meatballs and add sauce.
