- grated parmesan cheese30 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Whole wheat or white flour3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated carrot (one third) to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- First, cut the cabbage into very thin slices.
- Wash very well and let dry in a colander or on a tray with paper towels.
- Meanwhile make the sauce (suggestion)
- Ketchup, mayonnaise, sugar
- 1 spoon of each, just mix and reserve
- In a bowl, toss the sliced cabbage and all the other ingredients.

- In a skillet preferably Japanese, greased with oil and in low fire, throw half the cabbage mass
