- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese100 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Prepare a vegetable broth (merepoix) with chopped carrots, celery and onion.
- In a pan with hot water, put the lentils to cook, leave aldente. Cool in cold water.
- In a pan put chopped onion, garlic, and oil thread, add the lentil. Add more vegetable broth and finish with cheese and salt to adjust.
