  • Shimeji500 g
  • Small Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Shoyu2 tablespoon
  • Oyster Sauce2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Green Scent to taste
  1. First clean the shimeji and cut the stalks so they are loose in the pan. Then put the oil, chopped onion, garlic in a pan and sauté.
  2. Then add the shimeji, soy sauce and oyster sauce, check if you need more salt and sauté for another 5 minutes, finally add the green smell. Serve hot.
